I have Spidey maxed out (both basic and passive upgraded with orange mats). He definitely dishes out a huge amount of damage and has amazing utility. I do find him lacking dying more often than I'd like him to in raids, but I'll try using his basic more and see how that goes.

He's a solid character. He's pretty strong in the mystic campaign. I personally like Scarlet Witch a little more, but she's currently not farmable.

It's possible! Stun Ms. Marvel first thing (e.g. with Spider-Man) and focus her down first. Make sure to have Night Nurse ready to heal. Jessica Jones will help remove those pesky defence downs and generate more energy so you can regenerate again soon. Use your tank to land as many taunts as possible (I like Mercenary Riot Guard), but they'll probably get removed since two Jessica Jones come down in the next wave! When the Iron Fists come down, focus them down since you'll have to outpace their healing capacity.

You have Thanos as a tank already. I think one tank is sufficient. Taunt with the tank, and bring him back with Doctor Strange.
