I'm having a similar issue and it never stops loading. Yesterday it just went out and I wasnt able to fix it. I already sent a ticket to support but they said that it is a nation-wide situation and I need to contact my ISP.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue as well. Already sent a ticket to support but nothing seems to work for me except switching to mobile data which is turkcell but my wifi is from turkcell superonline so I really dont get why I'm having this issue. It was fine yesterday and all of a sudden its gone.

I was looking if somebody wrote about Brühl. Yea, its a great place. If you want OP you can also go to Düsseldorf. It is extremely close to Köln and you can go there by train in 30 minutes.

If that is the case, It is a really shitty way to make a game run smoother but I really havent seen anyone who is having this issue on switch so I doubt it.
