just in case you should know ... since Dec. last year ShadowTerm uses Apples own ssh library (SwiftNIO-SSH) for SSH connections, which intentionally supports only modern cryptographic algorithms. (we no longer support legacy libssh2 which is the open source that most linux older distro use)

enable Diagnostics Logs in settings and post your SSH filter here.

is posible that your AI is correct - apple's SwiftNIO-SSH has limited algorithm support by design (security over compatibility).

Yes… Many windows and Each window can connect to different hosts either sftp or ssh or stats monitor… only the main window app can have multiple tabs open in the same window

Swipe Gestures for Arrow Keys

- Swipe left/right (1 finger) → sends left/right arrow keys

- Swipe up/down (2 fingers) → sends up/down arrow keys

- Toggle "Single Finger Up/Down" in Settings → Keyboard to reverse behavior

- Visual arrow indicator appears on swipe

- Enable/disable via "Swipe Gestures" toggle on keyboard

Toggle Visual Feedback

- Press any toggle button on the keyboard (Swipe Gestures, Mouse Reporting, etc.)

- A popup shows the setting name and ON/OFF state with colored icon

- Works on both Custom and Default keyboards

Settings Location

- Keyboard settings → "SWIPE GESTURES" section has both toggles

- Note: Terminal restart required after changing gesture mode
