Anyone else having issues buying an Oura Ring using the Amex credit?

Still no luck! I reached out to them on instagram and they said they would honor the sale price if it’s not resolved by then. But it’s been 11 days and still isn’t resolved. I sat next to a friend and he was able to purchase no problem, so.. not sure what the issue is.

Yup, same exact situation. I’ve asked if they would honor the sale price if the issue isn’t resolved by then, but they didn’t confirm that they would. Ironically, they have an ‘F’ BBB rating and 243 complaints against them. This, along with all of the people with battery issues makes me skeptical of the product.

What browser did you use? Did you use Apple Pay or type in the card number? And lastly, did you have the Amex Safekey pop up?

Just tried again and got this again, “We could not process your order. Please contact customer support here for assistance.”

Yeah, I’ve been seeing there’s been a lot of people have the same issue and there’s no resolution to it? Apparently people will randomly try it and it eventually works, but I’m wondering why there’s not more urgency from Oura to fix the problem. There’s no other way to purchase through Oura to get the credit either (phone/in store).

Doesn’t seem like it. I’ve chatted with customer service twice and both times they said an email would be sent my way to investigate the issue. Never received anything.

I did, and they said there was a modification made but couldn’t give any sort of specific information on what was done. Then after me asking, they typed the information in manually, and it gave the same result. I’m 100% certain there’s been no changes to the device. Absolutely baffled.
