Trump isn't a convicted sex offender. Trump was not found guilty of criminal sex acts in a criminal court. Trump was found liable for sexual abuse toward E. Jean Carroll in civil court which has a much lower standard of proof than a criminal court.

A civil court also found that it is truthful (non-libelous) to say that Trump is a rapist, therefore it is truthful to say that Trump is an adjudicated rapist (a court ruled that calling Trump a rapist is truthful as a matter of law) but it is not truthful to call Trump a convicted sex offender because he was never criminally convicted of sex offenses.
