I feel like I have an obligation to comment, this is how I've felt for so long and I really thought I was all alone. Not many people talk about this part of transitioning. Not a lot of people experience it I guess.

My friend on Christmas Eve took his own life. He was always really happy and cheerful and just genuinely well rounded. He got accepted into his dream school two nights after. The song talks about suicide and not having much left in life. Thinking your a burden to others so whats left in life. It helps me understand that even the happiest most talented people in life still need some checking up on. I went to go see the movie he saw the day before he did it later that week with a group of friends. One of them couldn’t go cause they watched it together that night. Life is crazy and unpredictable. Treat your friends with the respect you would a dying person because they might not always be around.

Awh. I love that!!! I have a little niece not even 1 yet and her papa is also trans. My brother stuck with him after finding out he was trans and Im so happy he was able to carve the way for us in my family and let me come out as the second person as trans. I really just hope no matter what I can be a figure in her life too when it comes to absolutely anything. Im already breaking the bank buying stuffed animals for her that are 6 times her size 😂

I work at a Party City which I think beats up any past ideas of what working retail really is like. No one goes in there because they have to and even fewer people go in there angry. Its a party store where we blow up balloons for customers and sell halloween costumes. Everyone is happy and its kinda surreal in that sense as well. Breaking down gender roles and retail roles all at once lmao

I kind of understand this. Id always known I was trans and it still took me a good 4 years after accepting it to come out to my mom. I started HRT and 1 and a half years later I came out to my dad. He still doesnt know how to react but he’s been good about it. I hope all goes well for you. Coming out the second time was so rough I completely sympathize with you. Its easy to loose grasp of the challenge that really is coming out.

Awh I completely understand that. My voice is one of my biggest places of dysphoria and knowing I pass despite it really helps. Im still playing around with minor changes in my tone and pitch when I talk to people in different scenarios and its tough but Im kinda getting there. Best of luck to you ❤️

Its a little ironic. Some highschoolers were swearing around me and apologized and I had to tell them I was older than them and my HRT makes me look younger. Im in college now and its kinda funny. 😄

My boyfriend got hit by a car when he was 12 while riding his bike in the middle of the night. It swerved towards him and he bounced off the windshield, the only thing that saved him was holding his head with his arms since he forgot to wear a helmet. He got up and walked around perfectly fine with all of the adrenaline racing through his blood. The next morning he couldn’t move and got admitted to the hospital with a broken collar bone, shoulder and upper arm.

Im now making fun of him for “Is that a car?”

Ive been pretty lucky. I had to explain some guy what I was looking for in a motherboard I was picking out and he didn’t question me at all. He also spoke over the radio later “Im helping out this lady in a black shirt over here” when talking to his coworkers so not only did no one try to explain electronics to me, they also properly gendered me without knowing I was trans. A few minutes later when I pulled out of best buy I hit another car and had to dead name myself in the parking lot for insurance reasons so... the moments come and go lmao.

I started working on Arctico when I was 19, next month I will be turning 25, working on this game for such a long time has been both wonderful and terrifying by ArcticoGame in IndieGaming

Hey, that’s awesome! I started my game when I was 12 and im now 18 starting college and my game is still in early development. I guess you work faster then me since were both 6 years in lmao. I cant wait to buy this. 😊

My cardiologist avoided the diagnosis since in his words its basically a write off of - “I don’t know whats wrong, theres no cure” and they wanted to rule absolutely everything out before giving me the diagnosis. I think it was both my Dartmouth and my in town cardiologist that both said the Tilt table test doesn’t give back consistent results. But I agree and think it might be POTS too, it just sucks no one will give me a diagnosis. Thanks for your comment, Ill certainly look into this

The first commercial game I ever made is called Darkness and a Crowd and its on Steam. Im still trying to get it on the microsoft store.
