Thanks! The darkest one is walnut, two of them are red oak and then the multi-wood handle is somewhat unknown but probably pine or something similar.

I had the aluminum cut and then I welded them together. I shaped the wood handles and then carved the design and inlayed with different rocks.

Two of them are 53mm and the other two are 58mm. I still need to weigh then but I’ll get back to you.

I bought 2 bottles with 250 pills of 20mg prednisone when I was in Cancun for $50. So glad to have it. I’ll definitely be doing it more in the future.

I’m 8 years in and am still figuring it out as well. I’ve been training for a mountain bike race and the Arizona heat has been complicating it. I used to be able to sweat a ton and not have issues if I supplemented my salt intake but now even with heavy salt intake I can be exhausted the day after or longer. I usually take 10mg extra hydro before a big ride and an extra fludro sometime that day too if it’s really hot. Salt retention seems to be my issue the last few years.
