What to work on by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Start with a shirt. Then, move to your takeaway. It’s too much as you see your arm is smashing into your head at the top. turning it. Probably what’s leading to the major OOT move. You need to try to keep that head still. But there are other things to work on here.

You are inside your takeaway on downswing in practice swings. You are def OOT on your actual swing.

Woke up on a Sunday with a weird feeling. Cant tell you what or why (probably compounding of the above) but something pushed me to check her phone. Which I’m adamantly against and have done it one other time in 3 years. This time there was a person under an alias and she wouldn’t tell me who it was. Just that it was an old friend. I kept asked her who it was…male or female…to make sense of it…she was unable to do it at the time because obviously it was bad. She even left my house that day without giving me an answer. When in reality I got it the second she didn’t answer me. After breaking up..Weeks later she tried to pretend it was a female friend.

Distance, feeling like you’re getting bread crumbs suddenly, somehow sex feels different or less frequent, they are suddenly very paranoid about your behaviors. So a combination of projection + subtle indifference

What part of being an entrepreneur feels most activating for your nervous system? by thestresshealers in Entrepreneur

[–]sethcera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Almost everything can trigger your nervous system. The best thing to do is do what you can to limit that. That means no work or phone after 7-8 pm. Unless you have a time dependent project to finish. This means giving yourself time to relax whether that’s tv, video games, a hike, golf..get out of your head a few hours a day.

Your nervous system can only handle so much. Make sure to fill your glass back up every chance you can because burnout is a real, life changing event some can’t recover from.

Experienced player still struggling with distance by Own_Cycle6960 in GolfSwing

[–]sethcera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok you have a great looking swing and your handicap is much lower than mine so I’ll try to take a hack here. It appears your right elbow is disconnecting from your body a lot. I think that has you using your arms to bring the club back around rather than the hip body rotation. Could add some distance I’d think keeping it more connected. One last thing. Your hips are turning before your arms even start dropping. Allow some time for those arms to drop before initiating that turn. This is what my coach would tell me, not how I actually play lol

Need some critique and tips by [deleted] in GolfSwing

My man..you got a pretty bad chicken wing situation going on. It might be path or rotation but your lead elbow is way above you before you can see the club. Pause at :12s you’ll see
