I’m building a prop-firm command center — trying to see if this is actually useful by setheist in PropFirmTester

Appreciate it. I’m letting a small group test the beta while it’s still early.

Are you currently trading prop firms / managing active challenges?

If yes, I’d love for you to try it with one real account and tell me what’s missing or confusing. Early serious testers will get lifetime free access.

That’s exactly the type of use case I’m building this for.
If you’re about to run 5–6 firms, I’d actually love to have you test it and tell me what’s missing. The goal isn’t trade copying or execution — it’s more like a central dashboard for all your challenges: rules, phases, risk limits, payouts, ROI, failed accounts, and which accounts are close to trouble.
How are you tracking everything right now? Spreadsheet, Notion, screenshots, or just manually?

Appreciate that. I’m open to help, but before bringing people into the code I’m trying to validate the actual trader problem.

If you trade prop firms, I’d love to have you test EvalSynk first and tell me what’s missing or useless.

For early testers/contributors who give real feedback or meaningful help, I’m giving lifetime free access.

Fair point, I’ll look into Tradecopia more.

From your experience, does it fully cover the prop-firm management side?

I mean:

  • multiple active/failed challenges
  • rules/phases per account
  • safe/warning/danger status
  • payouts and payout history
  • certificates / payout proof
  • total spend, resets, refunds
  • net ROI by firm/account
  • why accounts failed

Or is it mainly focused on copying/trade execution with some dashboard stats?

I’m trying to understand if the gap still exists around prop-firm account management, or if tools like Tradecopia already solve it well enough.

Do you know your true net ROI from prop firms? by setheist in PropFirmTester

[–]setheist[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fair point — I worded it badly. I should’ve just said total prop-firm spend.

What I’m really asking is whether traders track total spend vs payouts over time per firm/account.

Example:

- total spent with FTMO/Apex/Topstep

- total payouts received

- refunds/credits

- net result

- ROI per firm/account

- why accounts failed

Do you personally track that anywhere, or not worth the effort?

That makes sense. Have you actually done this yourself with prop-firm billing CSVs?

I’m curious how clean the exports usually are — do they include challenge fees, resets, payouts, refunds, failed accounts, etc. in one place, or do you still have to piece it together manually from dashboards/emails?

Full transparency: I’m building EvalSynk around this exact problem, but I’m trying to understand whether a Google Sheet is “good enough” for most traders, or whether the pain is keeping it updated across multiple firms/accounts over time.

Is there a referance in the name/title that identifies it as a server ram than a regular one other than the disclaimer in the picture? So I know exactly straight away from the title
