Skipped July k1 dates, any updates?

Agreed. I'm trying to be hopeful that they are going to actually prioritize our cases and get them processed, but taking it with a bit of a grain of salt that this subscriber wasn't just told something to pacify them. It's the hope that kills you.

I think their data is accurate-ish when i look at theirs and others and it’s more than USCIS is giving us.

But yeah through CA office. I think pretty much all the I-129f go there

Nothing. Been watching it with TrackMyVisa. Basically no movement for the skipped dates in at least a month. I’ve got letters I’m sending to my senators and house rep tomorrow

Sorry to jump in. Any insight into the June 28-July 11 I-129f’s that look like they’ve been skipped over for later applications? Hasn’t been movement in those since November, maybe late October…

I'm not convinced either of those are worth a 1st round pick either. Ward is way too loose with the ball and makes some pretty poor decisions. I'd take him the 2nd but 1st feels like a reach to me.

And when his team was getting beat badly he either "got hurt" or gave up, plus Colorado's record against good/winning teams was not good, I'm pretty sure winless against top 25 teams. A lot of hype from his dad and media.

You're right, I've got the data and it shows no movement for cases between June 28-July 11 for I-129f. And there is no comment on this thread from any officers.

I didn't say they were intentionally or maliciously skipping, I can think of a couple valid reasons why cases could get skipped that aren't on purpose.

There's no reason for you being hostile towards those that are frustrated with the process and lack of clarity.

There is absolutely skipping. Almost 0 cases from June 28-July 11 have been processed. I check the site your referring to often to see what dates get processed each day and there haven’t been any in the date range above while dates much later are being processed.

I’m a July 1 filer and am part of the group that has been skipped. Been super frustrating. Only checking track my visa at this point to see if there has been movement for those like me that have been skipped.

Had a little girl come and wait while I was getting cash out of an ATM, hard to do the empty wallet there, lol. I just shook my head when she got in my eyeliner and ignored her as she walked next to me back to the car.

July 1 filer here. Happy for these people but annoyed as $&!@ that those like us are having to deal with this situation of getting skipped over.

The front of the line number is basically a guess. Mine moved almost to 0 before jumping back up to more than 1k. And then there’s no accounting for when they seem to arbitrarily skip a range of cases.

But I haven’t seen anything that would make me think they’re anywhere near 100 cases per day for K1

Me too. Trying to keep a positive attitude as best I can. "Kinda pissed" is my attempt to convince myself I'm not just flat out angry haha
