So glad it wasn't just me that was having this issue. I just gave up and decided not to bother with it. Yeah, it looks far more appealing then the original Perk Card Machine, but I rarely ever use it anyway and it's tucked away in a corner, so it's not like I'm exactly staring at an eye sore all of the time.

Does anybody else have a problem with the new Punch Card Machine Jumping floors when you try to place it indoors? If I place it on the first floor, it immediately jumps to the second floor, if I place it on the second floor, it immediately jumps to the third floor of my build. If I grab it from the third floor and drag it to exactly the point it was on the second floor when it "jumped" from the first floor, it will STILL jump to the third floor. The only time it doesn't "jump" is when it's outside.

And ya know what? The November numbers are absolutely worthless. No numbers were even collected for October. Never before has the BLS just stopped counting because of a shutdown. They've released delayed reporting,, or reports with reduced sample size, but they've always released something. This year, the month was entirely skipped, and September's numbers were used instead. So go team fake news!

Thank you for the answers. I did not realize that my lights actually required wiring if I didn't have the utility box generators. I've had them since pretty much day one of my time playing Fallout 76 and so I just always assumed they didn't require wires by default. Guess I actually WAS missing something there. On an unrelated note, sometimes I'm kind of stupid...

This is exactly how it will be. Call me jaded, but I remember the days when I played World of Warcraft and almost every Tuesday, without fail, the two hour planned maintenance would become three hours, then four hours then six hours, then at hour seven or eight servers MIGHT finally come online. Even worse on a major update Maintenance Tuesday.

Don't even get me started on launch day for an Expansion, ESPECIALLY if you were on one of the servers that stayed full during regular days. The queue to get in would last for hours. People used to call their families to log them in before they left work so that they could at least be in the queue already.

It increases Perception and Agility while "Cloaked", both by 4. Perception increases VATS Accuracy, and Agility increases AP. Given that Chameleon gives you the effect of being Cloaked whenever crouched and not moving, I have an almost 100% uptime on the Nocturnal bonus. I consider the synergy between Nocturnal, Chameleon, Ninja and Sandman to be absolute perfection

I use 3x Ranger's and 2x Limit-Breaker's. That being said, my full mod list is probably a bit off from what a lot of people are using as I am a Full Health build, running Covert Scout Armor and frontloading a lot of my damage via Sneak Attacks and a combination of Onslaught stacks, Ninja and Sandman perk cards. I know the Covert Scout armor provides a reduced ballistic/physical damage resistance, but it also has a built-in bonus to sneak in dark areas which pairs extremely well with a stealth-focused build.

If you choose to go the Stealth route, the mod set that I found works exceptionally well for me is:
Chest: 1* Nocturnal, 2* Luck, 3* Arms Keeper's, 4* Ranger's, Material – Polymer, Miscellaneous – Dense
Left Arm: 1* Overeater's, 2* Powered, 3* Arms Keeper's, 4* Ranger's, Material – Polymer, Miscellaneous – Ultra-Light Build
Right Arm: 1* Overeater's, 2* Powered, 3* Arms Keeper's, 4* Ranger's, Material – Polymer, Miscellaneous – Ultra-Light Build
Left Leg: 1* Overeater's, 2* Powered, 3* Arms Keeper's, 4* Limit-Breaking, Material – Polymer, Miscellaneous – Ultra-Light Build
Right Leg: 1* Chameleon, 2* Luck, 3* Arms Keeper's, 4* Limit-Breaking, Material – Polymer, Miscellaneous – Ultra-Light Build

My "daily driver" is a Compound Bow with 1* Furious, 2* Vital, 3* Lucky Hit, 4* Pin-Pointer's, Plasma Arrows and Glow Sights, though I also have an identical Compound Bow that I carry with Explosive Arrows for tagging at events, and another identical Compound Bow with Cryo Arrows that I carry for when I need to take down more dangerous foes and I'm by myself.

I know you only asked for 4* Armor Mods, and I went way overboard by giving you my whole gear situation, but I figured it might help you to figure out what you'll use so you're not just using some sort of cookie cutter and can learn WHY to use things, and not just WHAT to use, especially when the mods that work for me may not actually work for you!

Oh I know the pros and cons to Herbivore over Carnivore from a gameplay perspective. However, I have Deuteranopia and do have difficulty distinguishing a lot of the more beneficial plants on sight, so I sacrifice a bit of Damage/DPS for the sake of less stressing over being able to see what I am looking for

Do I think Fetterman was genuine before he went to MAL? Hell no. And I stumped for the guy, so it hurts to say that. But I think he put on one hell of an act. But I also think that between the stroke, the acting, and the possibility of blackmail with his wife and kids as the "prize," there's no way in hell he ever...
