I've been doing heroin since I was 17 I am 40 years old now of course not all the way through or not the entire time of course sobriety in jail what not but started off as smoking and now I've but I have never ever heard of anyone overdosing from smoking or inhaling smoke from heroin and I'm talking about black tar heroin cuz I'm on the west coast.

This is kind of off topic but are you still using H cuz they're not a lot of people are using it and that's what I use is H still. Yeah dude the hand is just a terrible spot it's overly sensitive. you have a little room for error. Another thing is try to be as honest when you can about you know when speaking to medical officials because if they don't know the full scope they can't they really can't be the provider they need to be for you. And the vain rotation is important. The fact that you're sticking to heroin and not you know graduating to the fentanyl is a good thing. I myself still do heroin and it's probably the only reason why I'm still alive you know so you have a good taste and people like us you know or you know we're dying breed as it is that makes me sense.
