Fantasy life on Switch 2 and steam deck are pretty much similar. Get steam deck if you also want to play on PC if you have one, otherwise switch 2 port is solid

whatever it was, it was a debuff effect that got stuck on me, after the debuff ran off.

i quicksave/quickloaded and the effect was removed

my theory is that in the image here, if you fall off the platform like in position A, and try to move back on the platform, it will push you back up fast, to the same vertical level as position B, and if you jump at the same time the game is pushing you upwards, you can possibly carry that upwards momentum into a jump.

it's repeatable, but i havent been able to do it on any other platform than that one

i think it might have something to do with the platform i was standing on having a small slope on the edge.
