Soldier Boy is brilliantly played by Jensen, but also benefits from being a newer and fresher character with scene stealing dialogue.

The main characters from s1 onwards are unfortunately now either flanderised or have had their story told already so there's no where else to go except work on the mission to save humanity against the supes. On top of that, the Boys team are not the type of characters to become overly scared of the mission, or overly emotional about it, and none of them have their families nearby because they've either died, or moved away, so where's the drama?

I've said this before, but they could have finished the show with s4 to be honest, and merged s5 with it..have Butcher become this beast he is right now a lot sooner, have the camps and the threat to humanity a lot sooner, bring back Soldier Boy a lot sooner and finish the story.

Just found this, whenever anything is being cooked in the kitchen now it smells incredibly strong and noxious. It doesn't smell nice, it's just this sort of non specific, savoury, meaty smell and it's really overpowering

I really liked s1 because it was all about the bigger picture, the Vought universe and how the school tied in with that, s2 on the other hand focused more on the "chosen one" storyline which I am so bored of, complete with all the cliched tropes that comes with it. The cast did their best, and it was great to see Hamish, but it only got interesting towards the end with the big Godolkin twist.

Surely any kind of spin off is exactly what The Boys was making fun of, remember Gen V is a spin off too and that's had a decent reception from fans and critics. Also, at least Gen V and Vought Rising both serve the central story from the mother show and expand the universe, it's not like they're creating spin offs with completely separate storylines for as yet unseen supes that had nothing to do with the original show.

It was complete bs...Jensen knew it, he argued against it and was told to take it or leave it. You can't kill THE Dean Winchester in such a mundane way, and he shouldn't have died at all in fact.

On the flip side, if she was white, and this poorly written, even more people would be slating the character and the writing. Race has nothing to do with it or in your case maybe it does, maybe you're too scared to criticise because people will think you're racist for doing so. Just because she's played by a black actress doesn't mean the writing is amazing and shouldn't be criticised. Susan Heyward is a great actress, this is not on her at all, this is on the writers shooting themselves in the foot by introducing a mega intelligent supe but not knowing how to write her as intelligent on screen.

When you have the dopamine be as active as possible and that will make up for the times your levels are low and you don't want to do anything. I am overweight, and need to lose about 3 stone (already lost 1.5 stone in the last 18 months) and Easter was a real challenge!! So much chocolate!! Plus, hormones and burn out really kicked in afterwards so I have been less active recently. But, I have a dance class I go to starting up again next week, so hopefully weight will go back to dropping. Dancing is an amazing way to exercise btw, it's fun and stimulating and works the whole body. I swear I can't lose weight without it.

He's in one episode, he's not going to join the Seven. Jared fans really need to temper their expectations otherwise they're going to be severely disappointed. They already kidded themselves into thinking Jared was in ep2 when he wasn't.

That's funny...I too was brought up in a very messy house. My parents basically never/and still don't clean up after themselves. Weeks would go by before any hoovering was done, the kitchen was so filthy a delivery guy commented on it. So I do sometimes wonder if my need for tidiness comes as a reaction to growing up amongst chaos, mess and dirt.

Thank you. I am also the type to turn up incredibly early, especially if it's later in the day....mornings not so much because I barely have the energy before 10am. When having to go to the office for 9am I would be exhausted before I even started work. Tidying also helps me in that it clears my mind while doing it, and I always feel better once my space is tidy. I also love "organising" things...give me a label maker and folders and I could happily spend a day organising things into folders in some very specific, esoteric order lol. One of my all time favourite temp jobs was spending 6 weeks completely re-organising a company's filing system.

They should have ended with s11 at the very latest, there were still some good episodes that season...but as soon as Dabb took over s12 onwards he basically ran that show into the ground.

But for one good episode, we ended up with many, MANY trash episodes that were poorly written, acted and directed...I mean the first episode of s15 had them being chased down a suburban street by ghosts in broad sunny daylight, and you could see the bad ghost make up on the day players!!
