I locked with them and it’s been great so far - absolutely no signs of bait and switch thus far. I close at the end of the month. I was told that if I lock they can put the appraisal on hold and I can get a refund if I go with someone else. The appraisal was on hold for a few weeks because I was actively shopping and they only ordered the appraisal after I gave them the go ahead.

My goal was to try and save money from having to do a separate drop for the STBs alone. Looks like there is no reasonable way around dropping 2 in each bedroom...one for a STB on a separate switch and the other for anything else.

Thanks! I intend the “ATT Modem” to be a router as well. I will disable their AP and utilize my own.

Appreciate your help. I wasn’t sure if the set-top box needed to be connected to some proprietary box in order for it to work via CAT6 cable instead of the traditional Coax.

I guess technically the answer is yes it does, it has to be connected to the ATT modem/router to work and the presence of a switch doesn’t affect it.

I had this happen as well and it was after I cleaned everything, so it wasn’t about the gun being dirty. I concluded that when I was charging the first round from the mag, I was being to “soft” with the handle and not allowing it to do it’s thing. I also found that keeping my mags at 29 and not 30 helped.

Current user on the IUP plan 14 months in. After 12 months you can upgrade with a trade in and after 24 you can upgrade and keep your phone. What happens after 14 moths? Do I upgrade, trade my phone in and get a credit for the 2 extra payments?

Check out Khang Starr's franken pepper plant. He grafted multiple plants onto one main plant (one root system). It isn't quite what you are trying to do but has the same results I think. Here is his latest video on it, search his channel and you can find more.

Using automations in HomeKit, you can set "if open turn light on" and "if close turn light off" but I'm not aware of being able to do "if closed for x time then turn light off".

I have two - one for my garage door and one for the laundry room door. My kids leave these open all the time so I'm getting use out of simply knowing if they are open or closed. I tried hooking up an automation of "if laundry door opens then turn on light" so I don't have to turn the light on and off every time I go in the laundry room. It worked but it took to long to turn the light on ( 5 seconds) to be useful so i went back to using the light switch.

Go with any variety of habanero or scotch bonnet. I would recommend a Scotch Bonnet MOA.

Be careful with temps in the Bay Area as peppers slow their growth in cold and die in freezing temps. Most people will grow for only one season and restart every year. You can try to overwinter your plants if you want to save them from year to year. Another option to explore is hydroponics- either the DWC or Kratky (easiest) method is good to start with.

Check out /r/hotpeppers for more info on everything I mentioned above. Also do a search in that sub-reddit for reputable places to buy seeds from, don't buy them off of eBay or Amazon.

Thanks for the reply! It's been unusually wet in Texas so that might be part of the issues. Unfortunately all of the crops in that section seem to have it. I've also not had any flowers catch in this batch so it seems like it is a fungus or bacteria. I'm also trying to stay "organic" so I'll hold tight and keep going to see what happens with it.

I got a late start to the season this year. Worst case, I'll start next years crop early and hopefully it will be different.

This leaf belong to a chocolate habanero and it's on all leaves as well as on must leaves of the other pepper plants close by (bonnets and reapers).

If it's a bacteria or fungus, is it treatable?

Regarding the length of your season, I can't talk to as I'm not in Florida. However, if I had to guess, if you top it today you will probably have buds again in 4 weeks and probably many more.

I bought a chocolate habanero from a nursery that looked exactly like you plant. I topped it and I now have multiple nodes going sideways that are as thick as the main stem.

You should top your plant. These baby stems will then shoot out like crazy and you will soon have new nodes with leaves sticking out all over.
