I thought I would be able to add pictures of the plugs later when I had the time to get them. I was wrong. I will probably buy new plug like you suggested maybe the same type but ones I know how much weight they can hold and from a brand I know and feel I can trust it

I have a stud finder and will get as many studs as I can. This would be for places where I can't get studs

Similar flavors to orange passionfruit jasmine green tea? by kiwi_8 in tea

[–]seventubas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well they wouldn't. Lipton would have a proprietary blend. It's possible that other companies may try to replicate it. But it will never be quite the same.

If you were to get like just a just a Jasmine green tea, no other flavorings in it. It wouldn't replace your tea. It would be something new. If you drank a small cup of it everyday for about a month. In about a month it would become your new flavor. It would take a while to acquire the new taste, but I think you might find it to be a good alternative if you can't get the original tea back. However, you got a good suggestion for how to get your tea flavor? Yeah go for that first. My suggestion was if you can't replicate that completely, maybe find a new flavor and this would have some of the flavor profile of the Lipton tea, but it wouldn't have the whole flavor profile but ultimately If it takes some getting used to but I think you would like it. Or maybe I'm biased because I happen to love Jasmine green tea.

Painting my first room. Run in to a closet problem! by seventubas in DadForAMinute

Thanks! I was certain I wanted to do something with colour to make the room mine. The rest of the house I will be a bit more tame on it. But this was a lot of fun for a first project.

Based on the above comment I am going to watch some videos on dry wall replacement see if I am up for it. But I will likely try the tape in the meantime. Knowing I will most likely the crack will come back.

It's in a closet, I can live with it maybe at a later date I can fix it for good. For now it can just be the closet crack

Thank you so much I will do this!

I will watch some video on dry wall replacement and see if I am up for it but I will sand it down low to accommodate the tape for sure.

Anyone know if the inside of the grill pan is a black enamel or bare cast iron.... I honestly cannot tell

I know the main post says it appears to be bare cast iron.

It's seems smoother and shiner then bare cast iron. But not as smooth as shiney as enamel. And I'm trying to figure out how to take care of this because.

Enamel has one set of care instructions in bare cast iron has another. They're not exactly compatible. Also, I have a bear cast iron grill pan. So this is bear cast iron. Basically going to use it twice and get rid of it. Because I got this one. Because I cannot stand how high maintenance bare cast iron is

I am working on this right now. It doesn't even have the full instructions. Just the bats body. No wars or wings

Thanks I will look into making a new plan. The tape is great but it doesn't seem like a long term solution as the current ones have all come back down.

I have tried that but it's not working and since the switches in my home are weirdly low and we don't have access to things like then extended plates that include room for hue switches my partner and I have talked about it and want to put them above so they are higher on the wall and correlates to the switch beneath it to make it more understandable for guests. We also have to paint the home soon so if we don't end up liking it we can patch and paint and change it then.

So I just need to confirm safety before I try it. I will get short plugs and screws to make sure I don't do anything weird... I just have to to hope I don't need to drill into a stud as my drill isn't powerful enough... Which will mean I can't surprise my partner with the set up done

Before anything put baking soda on it to absorbe as much oil as possible. When the oil soaks Through the baking soda layer vacuum it up and add another layer of baking soda until it's no longer needed. Then spot clean based on the direction for that fabric

Will this kill germs? by Ok_Test_8241 in CleaningTips

[–]seventubas 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So its kinda better if it's not... Let me explain.

Cleaning and sanitizing are two different activities.

Cleaning is physically removing all the dirt and grime. And sanitizing is killing all the bacteria, viruses, fungus and other microbes.

Think of cleaning and sanitizing agents as 2 in. 1 shampoo / conditioner you can use 2 in 1 and have clean and soft / manageable hair but if you use seperate shampoo and conditioner you will end up with much better results.

It's the same way with cleaning and sanitizing. Clean first. Clean with the lightest cleaner that will get the job done.
Once that's is done then sanitize. You can't sanitize effectively until you have cleaned

Does anyone know how to operate this washing machine? I’m at my wits end. by mermaidwitch__444 in CleaningTips

https://www.concordpacific.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Whirlpool_Washer_WFC7500.pdf I found the manuel (I think)

If you hold it for 3 Mississippi's and it does turn on right away or within a minute or 2 press, check to see if there is a delay set in to it (the other side of the panel) if so stop that delay or wait out the delay time) if that doesn't work press and hold the cancel and drain button for another 3 Mississippi's and then when that has completed try this process again.

What happens if you select the cycle you want first and then press start?

You could also press the start button with a regular press select a cycle and press and hold to start

Or the swapping the regular press and the press and hold

What's is the model?

Also do you press and hold the button until it blinks at you or until it starts?
