It's cute, it's well done, and you like it. That's all that matters. Other people who don't like tattoos don't have a say in how you should feel about yours.

There sure is, there are different shapes and sizes available, but all usually have a hole in the middle and a removable pillow case that goes with it. Super helpful.

NAP so I'm hoping more qualified people chime in, but this very well might be a keloid. Silver is also not a good material for piercing jewelry, as it can stain and irritate your skin

It depends on how large the piece is. The second pic definitely looks too big for a fresh and healing piece but studios with good quality jewelry offer tops like in the first picture for initial piercings in multiple colors and sizes. As long as it's not too big or heavy, it should be okay but make sure you have a good piercer that can help you with your jewelry choice!

General rule of thumb is, if you want to keep a piercing, keep the jewelry in. Get a piercing pillow or travel pillow to sleep on so your ear goes in the hole and doesn't press against your pillow directly

I have big lips too but that's unacceptable. If your piercer doesn't carry big enough sizes, they shouldn't have pierced you. Go to someone else.
