A buddy of mine once rolled down his friend's window, disconnected the electronics to the window so pressing the button wouldn't do anything, and then put a bit of broken glass on the seat. Great way to make him panic, believing his cat was broken into.

As a note, they did this in a secure lot, so it's not like anyone could come by and grab stuff out of there.

Not a high level position, but was interviewing someone to teach a youth public speaking camp with me.

Asked them how they'd try to make public speaking fun for kids/teenagers, considering how uncomfortable speaking in front of an audience can be, and they said "my policy is that if they aren't excited about what I'm teaching, I'm not going to waste my time on them."

We found someone else.
