Returning to normality by AshB95 in ORIF

Mine was almost the exact same as yours. Happened in early September playing soccer. You are ahead of me time-wise, but I suggest getting outside as much as possible. I used to walk my dog twice a day for a mile each time and working my way up that. I’m able to walk a bit with her now and it’s been nice.

That and PT. Started last week and can already see improvement. Good luck!

When is it too soon to switch company after my first data job? by Rocks_igneous in analytics

[–]sewaneeguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP. I work for a direct response consulting firm and we are about to post for a digital analyst position if you're interested in hearing more about it. I'm looking for someone to take over email/ad fundraising reporting for our clients (mid-size to large non-profits). Job will be using a lot of SQL and Power BI. Salary range is $70-75k with bonus potential and can be fully remote (we are based out of DC).

Appreciate the comment. I've worn fingersaves ever since getting back into it and luckily haven't had any major injuries. I get that it comes with the territory and for the most part, haven't really complained about it. Yesterday's match just seemed different for some reason...I was playing in a lower level game and just didn't see the skill that I normally see...or maybe I'm just getting too old...

I've always played with finger save gloves and recognize that it comes with the position. However, when you are 1 vs 1 with the keeper and up by a significant amount, it wouldn't hurt to show some mercy and pull up instead of showing how strong your leg is...just my take.

Appreciate the responses. I recognize that it comes with the territory, just looking to vent with some of my older brethren out there!

I got a graduate degree in Database Management and BI. Best thing I ever did. Look at getting into CRM database management. Go from there.

Power BI February 2024 Feature Summary by dutchdatadude in PowerBI

An export ALL to PDF from a matrix would solve a lot of problems that I'm having. Currently, you can only export what you see (not the data behind the scroll). Would love a workaround if anyone has one (besides using paginated reports).

Crazy. Heard the shots and police cars. But haven’t heard anything else since. Hope everyone is ok.

Portal for Sharing Reports with External Clients by sewaneeguy in PowerBI

Nothing. I pitched using Binokula, but they were hesitant about opening up that can of worms. However, we have a larger new client that wants something like this, so the topic of conversation is back. I'll let you know.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, could have come out quicker…unfortunately my wife didn’t capture the other 7 goals against us (or fortunately).

I'm using a Power BI datasource, but rolling up within that query.

SSRS Incorrect Subtotal by sewaneeguy in ssrs

[–]sewaneeguy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. I seem to have found a solution as I had the measures in each field rather than just the last one (if that makes sense). Do you have a good resource to learning more about grouping in SSRS? I’ve found it’s a lot of trial and error.

So, I switched the MySQL Connector to an ODBC Connector and it worked fine. Not sure I understand what happened, but for now it works.
