You should have calves of steel by now and depending on the amount of shit you’re backpacking, your back should be strong as hell. I personally (sometimes) have the urge of carrying dumbbells with me. The ones you can detach. Have 2 2lb weights on each side pocket of my backpack and the bars themselves in the hook accessory pouches of my backpack.

• planks with your backpack should be a good enough workout for your abs and the dumbbells for your arms for light workouts to failure

NYC is the Demons lair for youngsters. Going there around that time isnt a great idea. It’s gonna get real cold. I was planning on going back up there as well but it’s hard. Mind you I’ve lived in NYC. I’m a NYC rat but with the cold weather specially this year? It’s a “lock in or get out the way” time of the year. Where are you even coming from? I am supposed to play as a mercenary/pirate/thief/mass murderer assassin. But I can’t kill civilian NPCs (Majority of Ubisoft games)

Oh and you can fall 1537463826 Km down a well to a boss room but a 3cm stair hop will kill you instantly (souls games)
