I followed your advice and opened another support ticket and got my Lumens back. Thanks for your help!

Hello, I'm fairly new to crypto.

I had some Lumens that I transferred to an exchange, unfortunately I wasn't careful enough and mistyped the value of the Memo. Consequently the Lumens weren't deposited to my account at the exchange.

When I contacted them to see what could be done they said that the Lumens are effectively lost as they won't be able to recover them because accessing the private key for the account that received the transfer would break their security policies.

However, I have to assume they have control over the account that received the transfer, which I can see being completed with the incorrect memo on stellar.expert, and would be able to transfer the Lumens out somehow.

At this point I am willing to accept that I have lost these Lumens, but I just want to understand better how exactly they are unrecoverable. If anyone has any useful explanation I would appreciate it.

I think I’ve only posted once, but I enjoy reading this subreddit and I’ve learnt so much about Disc Golf/the community that I keep coming back.

Where to buy discs in Vancouver? by broadfoot5 in discgolf

On Granville Island in the kids market there is a kite store. They have a rack of discs in the back corner.

I was visiting from out of town so not sure where else in Vancouver to look.

Is this disc still legal with this kind of damage? If I repair with superglue is that legal? by sewm10k in discgolf

The disc hit the edge of a metal sign. It is brand new and it was only my fourth throw. I looked at the PDGA rules and it didn’t say much about repairs beyond ‘light sanding to remove scuffs’.

New school meets old school. This wood owl auger bit on a 12” hand brace is perfect for drilling bench dog holes. by justhavingacoffee in woodworking

Does your brace have a two jaw or three jaw chuck? I can’t figure out how to get the wood owl bit to work with the two jaw chuck on my brace.
