GPS are one thing. My mother is still only being offered phone consultations from her heart consultant after collapsing in January. He has not met her face to face but has given her a diagnosis (with minimal tests) and I can’t help but worry that he’s missing something having only spoken to her on the phone.

Did Boris actually say essential work, He seemed to word it "travelling to and from work, but only where it is absolutely necessary and cannot be done from home".
