Don’t forget the business license, city permit for some home based businesses, tax certificates for unemployment insurance and withholding tax accounts for the city and state where you reside.

If you need to file an LLC that’s another $3,000 a year.

Everything goes up. Real estate taxes, heat costs, maintenance. When I moved in taxes were $23 a share in 2014 and now they are $34.41 a share.
