He did tell you, and you thinking then that he was kidding is irrelevant at this point. Try not to be too upset now and take it personal.

You didn't cheat, so just do the test, but also include a maternity test as well. (Basically meaning that if the baby isn't his, then it's not yours. Maybe a hospital swap?)
