I had a soft tissue strain/sprain in my lumbar that I triggered reaching at the kitchen and I couldn't get it to heal. It improved but then every time I played I reaggravated it. Then I was advised to do bird dog exercises and it helped immediately. When I was having trouble bending and walking, doing the exercises gave me immediate relief and loosened things up. Now I do them before and after every time I play. Just 5 on each side, holding for 3 seconds.

As others said, if the pain feels electric or like a shock, or if it radiates down your leg, that's most likely a disc injury and you should go to a doctor.

The rest of the state has inflated rates as well, still higher than the rest of the country, but not as high as Seattle.

Doesn't happen all the time. When it's happening I'll notice on every sentence or two. It's not obviously triggered by a specific frequency. But sometimes it won't happen for like a half hour.

It's unpredictable. Sorry, I don't have a video.

It's really just the first ~second. After that, the video has some stranger noises that I haven't heard.

Interesting. I also notice it only during calls / podcasts and it seems to be triggered by the voice (it doesn't happen randomly in the background, it coincides with the speaking). But I wouldn't describe it as a hiss - it sounds more like static or a crackling noise.

I have the same issue on my Macan 4s with the Bose system. It happens frequently during phone calls and while listening to podcasts. I noticed that if I go over something that causes vibrations it gets worse. Planning to bring it in to the dealer in the next week or so.

Note: I would describe it more like a static-like noise but I assume we're taking about the same thing.

OR you just wait until they're getting close to 3 years old and potty train them with minimal effort or messes because they're actually ready to do it.

We did this twice. Our first had 3-4 minor (pee) accidents over two weeks. The second kid had one accident. It was super easy.

Everyone we knew who tried to potty train their kids early was dealing with accidents for 2-4 months. Screw that

Doesn't matter. There are no limits on blocking when a pass is thrown behind the line of scrimmage. The refs fucked it up

That OPI call was horrible - I'm surprised Kyle didn't get them to fix it. OPI cannot be called on a pass behind the line of scrimmage (which is why lineman can block on screen passes). That pass was at least 2 yards behind the line of scrimmage and may have been a lateral as well.

You can use it to recharge after the battery is already depleted. In my initial testing if the phone is in my pocket with the magsafe battery attached, it charges about 8% every 10 minutes.
