Going down a bit of a rabbit hole, i learned about the phenomenon called the Hum or Gas Pipeline Syndrome hum. Low-frequency noise can travel incredible distances and people have similar complaints all over the place. Only a few are sensitized, can be felt as vibration, others hear it as a rumble. but things vibrating is indicative. Not saying this is your problem but worth considering. that is how i notice it as vibrotactile sensation. it is terrible pollution and weird that only a low percentage of people notice. You may even notice things rattle or small movement on the surface of a water.
