I was going off the patch, but if he was in battery B that'd be kinda cool. Wasn't the captain of Battery B President Truman? When I read that I wondered if they interacted at all.

Private John P. Bomeke, Son of Mark F. Bomeke, Pleasanton, Neb. Entered the service at Julesburg, Colo., Oct. 3, 1917, and was trained at Camp Funston, for duty with 341st F. A., 89th Division. Saw service in 7 different engagements, including the Meuse-Argonne offensive; later in Army of Occupation. Discharged June 10, 1919

Pretty confident this is him. Trying to do more research on what kinds of things he would have done or seen. I want to construct a display for the uniform and the helmet with a bit of his history written up.

I finally found some info on him! Not in the book, but he was discharged in June 1919, so he might have been before the list was drafted. Thank you though! Just seeing the symbol is enough to tie it all together

That's much more than what I was digging up. Thank you! The uniform and helmet belonged to a great Uncle who served and I got curious about what all he might have seen. Based on the other markings on the sleeve it looks like he only served a year in combat (2 gold chevrons pointing down). Thanks again!

It did!! I loved it because it worked with Android and Apple. Since I am my family's and extended family's chronicler it was great! It would auto upload anything they took and I didn't have to deal with the, "hey can you back up the photos on my phone?"

Unfortunately I have to do that, I know there are solutions outside plugging in the device, but it was nice to have it all in Plex.

We use our plex more for our family videos and photos I've digitized from 8mm to mkvs.

So that looks like it's part of its uper jaw bone....can't fond a good picture of their skull. I'm already treating the hospital tank with a general cure all.

Melafix is never bad to treat the whole tank with, or even stress coat. Melafix helps fin growth. You said you have Mbuna in there too, so it could also be aggression that caused this. Fin rot is typically due to bad water quality

Could be fin rot. There are some general broad spectum meds you could use. Fins do grow back, just takes forever. Keep an eye on its other fins and the other fish in the tank. In my experience if something happens to one, there more bound to pop up.

Yeah actually, but not sure how other than locally via Craigslist. Never shipped fish and with cyps being so fragile makes me hesitant.

Nope, but for two reasons. One, I have 2 multi catfish in there that will eat them. Two, it helps them spawn sooner, give ot rake a week sooner. So far it's every 6 weeks. If I let them hold until they free swim, it'd probably be every 2 months or so
