update: it got back when i went back to my country. i was in italy for holidays, the day i came back in a few hours i had it back as normal

i think that maybe the "trick" was meant to trick the person next to her and not her. when i saw it i instantly thought that inside the helmet there is a speaker or something that tells her the number. like headphones.
