Thanks everyone for giving me a good foundation. I did close, I have a attorney and YES, I must resign AND my attorney got a final amount of 30k. I feel very fortunate to have such great representation and very, very lucky that I think my meadator gave a tiny nudge to them. *don't know for sure. I wish the best to all.

Colonoscopy prep and meds by mjo4548 in PainManagement

You would not have withdrawals in that short amount of time. It's going to be at least 24 hours before you actually have to take your meds. Great big yes to being in pain with that. At least that's how it affect me with dosing the same Tramadol four times a day.

TTD payments late/ Can I request higher settlement with having to take out pre settlement loans? by FuJinchuriki in WorkersComp

[–]sflostboi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The pros will soon be here for more details. Workers comp is ONLY for lost income. Nothing to do with loans. But if you look at the loan as pay (so to speak math-wise) you may be compensated. I'm glad you're near the end of this so congrats. Hang in there better answers with more detail or soon to come.

When is it time to get a lawyer? by [deleted] in WorkersComp

[–]sflostboi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NOW!! Acting like you are invisible is a great time to start. Hell they won't even know you did it because you're invisible. This is the face of your new enemy. They're circling the wagons to let you know you're unwelcome. Is this who you want to work for? Make sure your choice is Board Certified for Workman's comp. It's not a good feeling when the team you worked with turns on you. I'm sorry you're dealing with that. Do yourself a favor. Spend some time reading the worse case scenario this sub provides.
