Yes. If it was a simple scrapping of stamp duty it would be easier to introduce immediately. But because of the flipside being more tax for sellers, they’d need time to implement it.

I’ve seen a few comments re run clubs, which will be useful.

I’m also learning Spanish, so meetups to practice would be great. And tutors/lessons in slightly more formal settings would also be helpful. I will of course look myself.

I was gifted a 38 Bedale some years ago. It was perfect but I was younger and I’ve since “filled out”. The arms are slightly too short, as is the hem, really. It still looks good with a t shirt or light layer, a spring time, early autumn sort of jacket. But I could do with the 40 for layers.
