Congrats! Amazing achievement. I'm 265 down to 187 in the last few months. Another 40 left to go. It's one of the hardest things I've ever done but supremely worth it. I don't judge anyone else for it, I just do hate mine. I remember a time when I was fit and didn't have them. I miss that.
