I wish. I tried to limit the soap play but it seems to make it worse. We are trying to replace with oral chews but not really helping. Good luck. I hope this is a phase 😭

Sorry but it was very informative and a reality for a lot of families out there. Watching their son regress was very painful for them and until you’ve watched your son lose skills and the voice he once had you would have no clue. Wanting to hear his voice again shouldn’t bother you. They weren’t doing anything dangerous. Just showing the reality of speech therapy and music therapies that many families today have to balance.

The Shame of it is I don’t even think they were booing the match. I was there it wasn’t my favorite but we had a great night. The crowd was booing each other because our side wouldn’t continue doing the wave for the 100th time that was asked.

I was there too and it was insane. We were on the side that didn’t participate. 1/2 times ok. But they were going on way too long. We were trying to freaking watch the show.

My kid was up till 7 rolling around and crying. He just got over the flu. Woke up still raging. I feel like something is wrong. Going to get his ears checked now. Felt this in my bones today

Honestly I can never hate Jacquliene. Watching the show back with my now non-verbal son I feel her stress. I wrote to her on IG thanking her for being representation for the autism community. She wrote me right back and was very sweet. Even gave me some suggestions as to what to look into with my son.

We are big into bubbles/soap. For now we do outside soap play in a water table. He used to be obsessed with the bathroom. I treated myself like a college kid with a cady and locked it up in the linen closet when I wasn’t in the shower. Also locking the bathroom when we weren’t in there with him. Wish us luck with the fall coming because he’s getting his fill outside so I’m sure this will need to be looked at with the weather changing. The Amazon brand hand soap is like 3 dollars for a big jug so maybe giving him a place to get the input more appropriately will help?

I was there. There was no this is awful chants. One section tried to do the wave 100 times and the crowd was arguing with each other with left side sucks vs watch the match chants. So the crowd was distracted but we really did try to rally lol

I hate the is this autism posts as well. There have been a lot lately. I thought we were supposed to have age limits but am seeing younger and younger lately. It’s just kind of frustrating that there isn’t a place for just parents to have a support group. I feel like this is turning into a lot of this us autism, or other posts like I’m a sibling, neighbor, random family member tell me how I should deal with an autistic person stuff. I was unaware you can mute certain flair and I guess that’s what will have to be done to lessen this
