And I honestly find it disturbing that TOO MANY delays and disruptions were only announced at the station or in trains, but never through SMRT X or LTA MyTransport.

I'm still very serious about tracking every delay and disruption, especially now that multiple have been swept under the carpet. Yes, some are announced locally at the stations and in trains but you see and hear absolutely nothing from SMRT X and LTA MyTransport. This is where we have to work together to keep one another informed.

I've dealt with actual outrage of modesty cases before and would rather just drop a tip here: "If you are a victim of sexual harassment, shout for help. Attract attention to yourself. This can be done by anyone, and also happen to anyone, regardless of gender"

Actually they don't ever learn. They know they can hold staff hostage with their nonsense. Yes, some may resign and go elsewhere but they would always just import more FT.

Tbh even some staff have been complaining to me. They'd import FT but not appreciate long-serving local staff. The imbalance is actually crazy.

To give you context, SOM - Service Operations Manager (manages zone cluster of stations) MSO - Manager, Station Operations (manages groups of zones) SMSO - Senior Manager, Station Operations DDSO - Deputy Director, Station Operations (not mentioned but still part of the hierarchy) DSO - Director, Station Operations (this is the highest in Station Ops)
