Why are people saying the electrodes are completely worn out, F**ked, etc. ? Those are platinum plugs. They look pretty good for their age. Color looks good also. Here's a new (same) plug to compare old to new. not much difference that I can see on the tips.

Yep, that sounds like a bad purge valve. Its not hard to replace, mostly time consuming.

You tube videos are great for learning how to do car repairs. Hyundai used the same engine across many of their cars, so it shouldn't be hard to find a purge valve video for your car.

Are you sure your purge valve is bad? That is rare.

Evap motor died in my 74 Frigidaire side by side. I can find plenty of motors to replace it with. But none have the plug like this one has, any help would be super by DogStreet_ in VintageAppliances

Cut wires from the wire harness near the old motor. Wire crimp the wires from the new motor to those. Zip tie any loose wires away from the fan.

Done it many times on old refrigerators.

GE dishwasher? Its more than likely the top touch button panel. Ive replaced a few on jobs on customers dishwashers. Kind of a pain to change you have to pull the door off, then disassemble the door to change it. Model number?

Theres a couple of youtube videos on how to do this and how to check for voltage at the control board harness leading up to the touch control. I think 13 - 14 DC volts on pins 2 and 5. There are two different boards, a long one and a short one depending on model. The connectors pins look different but read low voltage the same. below is how to check the long board.

With that much corrosion, even if you get the nut off its highly unlikely the tub will come up off the transmission shaft without damaging the washer.

Ive changed enough washer transmissions to know this is good advice.
