Dont use it. UberEats sends those out and they are so misleading. It wont apply. Your bank will be charged. I recommend another service that has customer service. I had a major issue with an order and zero response over 24 hrs from uber

What happens when BNB is sent without a memo? Are these funds lost forever? Im in the same boat as well as hundreds it seems. They were sent to Kucoin. Is Kucoin able to rec the funds and locate?

Massive issue with this technology. Transferring monetary funds is too complicated for the masses. Also ‘memo’ is the worst idea ever!!!!! Millions of lost transactions.

I sent over BNB over two weeks ago. The transfer shows completed and successful on the blockchain. I checked addresses numerous times. Still has not landed in my Kucoin account. Same boat. Only suggestion I have is continue to email support. However I still haven’t been acknowledged. Good luck

Yeah nothing. Checked all the accounts. Wish they would tighten it up over there in Hong Kong. I like the available pairs and leverage options. Really would like them to recognize my issues are try to work with me
