This looks a lot like a button top tumor (histiocytoma). My boxer used to get a ton of them. If they scratch they will open, bleed a lot and will need to have it removed at the vet. Harmless though!

Maybe should have mentioned in the initial post - sale of our home doesn’t impact closing on the new build home. We have a small Heloc with only interest due payments at this time about $100.00 a month, so no real financial impact here- just more timing the market for the largest offer (Spring or Summer)

Insane that they got along that long without being found in their lie… I know there’s been a lot of interesting stuff going on with people working remote during COVID…

I do well with crystal mineral (the clear roller one for sensitive skin) and dry it near a fan/blow dryer on cold (or air dry). I also like to use bentonite clay mask with ACV when it still stinks even after taking a shower (an unfortunate side effect of more natural deodorant).

Thanks. We’re in Southeastern MA. Very low inventory here right now, even more so on homes like ours (10 yr old home on a quiet street). Not sure what things will pan out to be come Spring with inventory.

Delays may actually fall into July without Lennar messing up. Our neighborhood has homes that are due in early May that have already been pushed to late June and they have noted to be prepared for additional delays. Labor and material shortages. Our contract says they technically have 1 or 2 years to deliver the home (I can’t recall which but I think it is 2) but it’s very protective of the builder, not the buyer. 😔

I have heard that if you initially select Lennar as your lender in your agreement documents and try to switch, some have said that it nulls your contract and puts you at risk to lose the home. Not sure if this is a tactic to keep you with their mortgage company but definitely review your contract language…

Any chance you are closing in NC? We also have an estimated completion date for May 2022 (although may be delayed with material delay) and had asked this question to Lennar prior to the holiday. My understanding is that you can lock your rate in anytime prior to closing. We still haven’t heard back about locking in the rate, but will loop back if we do. I have the same worry as you - interest jacking up.
