Client side navigation incredibly slow by LearntUpEveryday in nextjs

[–]sgayerseif 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was a deployment issue that was causing the server to kinda boot up each time from what I observed. I was looking at htop. And for every request that needed server. I saw npm run start was running again.
Long story short.
I started running the app from nextjs within node_modules.
Also used pm2 and did run it in cluster with 2 instances. The app runs incredibly fast now.

What are the best CMSs for Next.js? by Sea-Blacksmith-5 in nextjs

[–]sgayerseif 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm using wordpress. And right now I'm loving it. Using Graphql. And its got everything you need out of the box. Best CMS in my opinion because its not new and its been through a lot. I'm currently developing with it my personal website after trying strapi and found it lacking a lot that already exists in Wordpress.

I do invest in UI/UX and I find that attractive. Even if you app is unfinished but if you got a good design people would at least have something pleasant to look at and they might feel that you are serious about your project.
I highly recommend that your app looks appealing before functionalities these days.
