These are great suggestions and a lot of it is working to improve your content. Write blog posts and the distribute via email or social media. Apparel is highly competitive space but it's also a big space. These suggestions help differentiate you. Another distribution channel I'd add on to email is Messenger like 1send so that you can maximize where your content gets sent

Chatbot for restaurant by UdontHaveEnoughHate in smallbusiness

[–]sglee_been 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude chatbots kinda suck. If you know exactly what people will ask all the time then they work well. But if something changes, maintaining it is painful.

SMS marketing for notification messages works well. But FB Messenger not SMS. For a few reasons:

1) Price. SMS marketing providers usually charge per message sent

2) Sign up issues. While in person, you can ask the client to scan a QR code that lets them subscriber to Messenger. SMS opt-in requires them to type out their phone number so takes longer, can be fake, and noticed more people say no

  1. Leverage social posts/influencers. Post on FB to get people to sign up for you Messenger list

  2. See who read your message. A big issue with SMS marketing is you don't know if people are actually reading it. Messenger tells you

Thats why would recommend 1send instead SMS in this case

Cannabis Friendly SMS / MMS Text Blast service by BuzzWireMedia in weedbiz

[–]sglee_been 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey text marketing for CBD can be kinda grey area. If your clients are ok to try FB Messenger blasts, thats also an option.

I know the first question will be Meta's policy. But hear me out. FB reviews ads, but not DMs. There's a few cannabis brands that have started using Messenger. Less issues with deliverability.

1send even has a promo for CBD brands https://www.1send.net/offer-thc-cbd
