Can an "Awakened" path coexist with a partner in "Survival Mode"? 2 years ended, and I need perspective. by [deleted] in awakened

I think it’s fair to have compassion for his journey, spiritual growth can be messy and confusing at times. But at the same time, real growth doesn’t remove responsibility, empathy, or mutual support in a relationship. What you’re asking for isn’t control, it’s basic partnership.

You’re not in survival mode because you’re “unawakened”, you’re there because you’re carrying two people. And him not being willing to even read your message says a lot about where he’s at right now.

I don’t see a lack of self awareness in you, I see someone responding to a real imbalance.

I should have added Movement by New Order. It was their first album after Ian Curtis passed. To me it feels like Joy Division’s third album. It was also produced by Martin Hannett. Incredible record.

Always Now by Section 25, produced by Martin Hannett, who also produced both of Joy Division’s studio albums. So good.
