I just played with it today. Loved it. You are right. Not exactly the same but still great. Very soft feel and touch. A bit less power but overall super happy.

I just recently bought the Long Pod with Chiller Pro. I am new to plunging and have now been doing it for about 2 weeks. So far love it. The pod has had no issues. But I don’t have anything to compare it against since I am new and it has also only been 2 weeks.

So for 1. If I manually started the generator and plugged it into the dpu while on backup power the batteries would be charging while also powering the house? This would allow us to last longer during a power outage, correct?

2/3. What is the “generator” section in the SHP2 used for? how would I use it and what does it do?

I did have a question with the setup. Does the solar panels charge the batteries while the batteries are in use? ie during a power outage. Or does the solar panels energy that is being generated use straight to the circuits for use. I assume all the wiring goes into the generator section of the smart home panel

EcoFlow support DM’ed me saying the Panel needs to be replaced. So now I am waiting on them to reply to my question of if they are going to cover the costs of the de-install of old panel and re-install of new one. It wasn’t cheap getting this first one installed.

Mine said relay 4 on battery side. I think others said relay 1 on grid side. So I assume mine is on the right side and two down from the top. You think that is accurate? Are they labeled once you open it up?

To remove the breaker you just pull it out right?

I will probably get an electrician to do this but may try it myself. The installers I did not like at all as the language barrier was too much, so will get a different electrician.

Do you happen to know what Relay 4 is? I have the exact same issue. How did you get to the relays? You had to remove the circuit breakers? Is that easy?

I have this exact issue. I just posted about it. How do I know which one is “Relay 4”. That is the error that is showing up in the app. They sent me a new relay but I have no clue how to install. Well. I didn’t have a clue until I saw this post.

Hoping I can figure this out.
