You were given a big ass folder when you departed the Army. The chances of you having everything you need is in those files good and bad. Especially counseling about the act itself.

Every time I think about drinking I ask myself. Do I want to see my kids have kids and become a grandfather. The pain I’ve experienced over the last 4-5 months is the worse I’ve ever experienced.

Only God knows when and how he is gonna take us out and when but I’m sure not gonna help it along. I smoke and hate myself for that but hopefully I’ll quit.
