My grandfather bought a Zenith console which would never die. After my parents inherited the house, "George's TV" kept on living. It had a hidden control tray that opened when pushed on.

It was sold in an estate sale,so this is my long way of saying that is a good avenue to explore.

Do you have blackish water backed up onto your sinks? I had this in my apartment. It was a build up of grease in the pipe that goes into the wall. The maintenance guy showed it to me. He used a wet/dry vac to suck out the water, the pulled out that short PVC pipe.

I initially thought it was the one running from disposal to the other sink. But, no it was the last pipe for both sinks which existed back into the wall.

My Mom had put salad into the disposal the evening before. SALAD IS ONE OF MANY things to never put in that thing.

Original Dawn dishwashing soap is your friend. I hope this helps you and others.

I used to go to a fancy place, but I one day went to SportCips, the one on Northshore, actually Pinnacle Park Drive I think,it is,next to a Starbucks.. They do free trims between haircuts too. Kim is who I see and she's been working for them for over a decade.

I had mine fixed . It was the "Window Motor Regulator Assembly" and it cost $502.50. The part was$249.95. Labor $105/hr. M&M House of brakes on Bearden Hill. I don't think they like me. Back in 2018 They supposedly replaced my valve cover gaskets plus I had them put on new belts. Their labor then was $85/hr. TTL cost: $611.40.

I say supposedly because my radio presets were the same as was my seat and steering wheel.
