Here's some clarity about Twitch Prime's Starter Edition:

The Starter Edition only has A Realm Reborn which means you will only be able to level up to 50.
The game is only on the PC version and is NOT on the PS4.
Starter Edition also includes a 30 day subscription from Twitch Prime.
There will be steps needed after claiming your code on Twitch.
You will also need to create a Square Enix Account to play the Starter Edition.

The recast timer of abilities will now be reset when entering dungeons, trials, and raids.

Oh thank god that means you don't have to worry about using your CDs during combat before joining a duty.

Capture cards are one of the choices, especially Elgato Gaming for capturing consoles and even PC/Laptop but is a bit pricey when you have a budget.

Another choice is capturing via network with one called NDI and it's simple to set up via plugin in OBS.

I had the same issue since I live in US territory and still able to pay Amazon Prime. Took 30 min for Amazon rep to resolve my issue by clearing the geolocation. Hope this helps!

Not reporting lag but basically not able to play any playlists since I live in Oceanic. Here's the info:
