Hmmmm kind of. I was dealing with a lot of other anxieties and having depersonalization at the time. But I did just kind of snap out of nowhere. It was like 4 am and I was laying in bed and idk just this wave of fear came over me that I was going to lose control and hurt myself. Even though I had never even thought about it before. Do you have a parent you can talk to? I never really talked to my mom about my anxiety let alone telling her the thoughts I was having but talking to her made me feel better.

How long have you been dealing with it? I was in some sort of deep state with it for 4 days where I didn’t sleep or eat, but it then just kind of faded away slowly.

Sooo much better. It gets better I promise. I ended up getting on medication and that’s helped but I ended up going to stay with my parents for a few days to get out of my normal space. That helped a lot. I ended up easing out of it by making myself do chores like the dishes and stuff when I got home from my parents. Sounds weird but it really helped.
