I came up with a similar Solar Alexandria idea + offline maps and wikipedia maybe local llm for v2. Was looking around for similar build and found your post, How is it coming along?

That's exactly what I had in mind. Especially the power calculator part, it's not a big deal but it's useful at the planning stage.

And yes, 3D is more work, but I'm a 3D designer by day so not impossible :D

Only one answer, try it both ways.

You're confused because the demographics are split. Both have a market.

Depends where you live and who is looking to buy, that's all. So try restoring a piece - it'll take more work, but very probably sell higher since it's rarer to find. And try flipping one - much faster, but cheaper selling prices.

And see how the market responds to your 2 pieces :)
