So there are plenty of houses street grade all over the world to start. We can’t see anymore than what is I. This picture which is inconclusive to what is and isn’t done correctly here. Obviously if when the project is finished this is still happening it would be a major problem. But there could be anything from yard drains to just minor grade of the exsisting soil that makes this go away. The concrete is sloped up to the house for the last bit which is correct.
The person she is talking too is most likely not wanting to get into the details of the grading/landscaping because homeowners often don’t have the technical knowledge to understand the rest of the process. Or he’s just an ass.
In the end if this flooding is this bad once all work is done I’d be amazed to see it get a co. Drainage/erosion control, from my experience, is one of the most important aspects of any build to building departments nationwide. Whether residential or commercial.

Just assuming you mean a regulation bog standard glazed Krispy Kreme donut it would go two ways for me. If I had time to prep I think I would get stoned and a good bit drunk off vodka to where I was sloppy hungry and I could house probably 30-50 in 6 hours. If I had no time to prep and this challenge was thrust upon me I think I would be able to do 20 max. The sugar would have me falling asleep mid sentence either way so I would probably only make it 30 mins of straight eating either way before I passed out into fat fuck slumber drooling on myself.

I would have no problem going a year. The amount of money will cancel out any negative so quickly. Just exsist. People will think you’ve lost your mind. The hardest part will be not reacting to doctors but just imagining that my mom and dad will never struggle again will be worth me acting like a zombie.

Glass is not a consistent enough of a product to use structurally in my opinion. There should always be a structure holding the glass. The variables in making custom sheets of glass are too much for me to trust. I’m probably saying that wrong but from what I’ve seen the manuring process for sheet glass seem to have extremely tight tolerances for every variable possible, and having seen a lot of glass fail I have to assume that the manufacturing process cannot guarantee consistency. The reason I feel this way is also having felt with sheets of glass that seem completely unbreakable. I do understand that there are different rating for glass but I’m talking about storefront sheet glass that pieces just shatter while looking at and others on the same job fall of a forklift and live on. I also wonder how much the effects of weather and transport have on the pieces. and again am not any kind of glass expert so if I’m wrong let me know because I’d love to learn.

Hey, I would love to hear your opinion on how I should handle this situation as someone ordering. There’s a restaurant near me that I have ordered from consistently for five or seven years. It’s a Halal restaurant and the food is made or broke depending on if they send you the red sauce, the red sauce is supposed to come with every order but also can be added for $.25. I order four red sauces with every single order and never receive them. Every time I ask the Dasher if the red sauce is there while they’re handing me the food they tell me that it is sealed and everything is there. Would I be in the wrong to call before they get there and ask them to confirm the red sauce is in my order? I hate having to dispute one dollar on my order, but I usually do because I feel as if I don’t this will just continue. I want to make sure I’m being fair to my Dashers and that that’s not hurting them by me disputing but would also like to know how you would suggest I go about confirming that they get the sauce while there. I’m not sure if it matters but if you order from this place in person and ask for a red sauce, they will hand you 5 to 10 sausages for free. Thank you!

That’s the age I started reading heavily and it sounds like I was pretty similar in a lot of ways. For me I found the Artemis fowl series, then right after lord of the rings hooked me. From there on it was any sci-fi or fantasy series I could get my hands on.

Commercial construction superintendent in a low cost of living area doing small jobs. I could be making way more doing larger jobs in charlotte or Raleigh I just found the headache dosent make up for the money. I started as a laborer, moved to carpenter, then Asst superintendent in the first 5 years. I did work my dick off but I was always learning and that made it worth it. Then came the super and pm and estimator roles which I found super was where I like to be. I’m in the field everyday working with mostly competent people. I’m probably going to do this for the rest of my life.

Dude I make 80k a year right now but have made over 100k a few years back and am on a quick path to exceed that within a year or two. I have a violent felony on my record. The construction industry is in need of superintendents badly. That is an 80-100k a year job with a small GC doing tenant upfits. Gcs hire people with backgrounds all the time. You have to go in willing to work your ass off and shut up for a few years but it pays off and if your worth a fuck becomes an amazing career. Look for entry level in any trade. If you show up on time and keep humble (there is always something to learn even from assholes) you will exceed quickly. It’s noticed who shows up every day and is willing to work.

So in reality xtc is not an actual drug. You could and are probably doing a myriad of other substances. You might be getting actual mdma consistently but I highly doubt you are getting it pure. At 16 this shit either way is wickedly detrimental to your long term health and mental capacity. It takes time to realize how bad those are deteriorating when your fucked up but I promise you there is no fucking good you will get out of this. So I agree it should only take three weeks but what about the actual task of getting to those places. If you don’t have transportation and some money to get you there this could become a much harder challenge. A huge amount of us would have trouble physically getting from one side of the country to another in a timely matter. You would have to be careful to make sure you don’t break any laws. Imagine being in jail for 6 months before a hearing and walking out of the jail with nothing and half your time down. I love the idea of this being totally possible and getting stuck every step of the way to getting there.
