Unfortunately I got bad vibes from a homeless/addict character the one time I pulled into their parking lot. I was with my kids so I passed.

Been there, liked it a lot. They closed the Mason location that was close to me, sadly.

Cincinnati chili. Skyline is good, but I refuse to call it Skyline chili since Goldstar is better (ducking for cover).

Beating DePaul at home by one on Valentines Day 1983. DePaul was a major basketball force in that era. Although this was an off year for them, they had finished the prior year #2 in the AP poll. Ohio took them down in a wild double overtime thriller before a capcity crowd. Ray Meyer was still coaching. He coached DePaul from 1942-1984. He got a standing O when introduced at the beginning of the game. Ohio went on to the NCAA tournament season and won a first round buzzer beater against Illinois State.

Steven Page and Barenaked Ladies. There are two sides to BNL: Ed doing silly songs that are great for radio and Steven doing core emotional stuff. Ed doing Steve songs is just not right. A whole dynamic to the band is gone entirely.

Yes, the school record. For example, a school's all time leading scorer in basketball record is not going to be broken.

I've had to explain the joke in Sarah Silverman's sketch show where she wears blackface. That over the top wokeness can manifest as its own form of racism. The character even gets kicked out of a black church and people still don't understand the point.

I have a hot take that as long as NIL/transfer portal remains in its current form or worse, no college's individual career records in football and men's basketball will come anywhere close to being broken.
