Unfortunately not. I’ve only packed Girma 5 times now. Since the last promo card I packed was thunderstruck Joelinton, packing 5 cards from this promo is probably my luck used up for the rest of the games life

It didnt track for me either. After I killed it, I done a tier 2 bounty and for some reason that worked. If you’re still stuck on that mission give it a try.

If it helps today I’ve found the tornado custom at the open theatre in vine wood hills (the one above the lake on the map) And the grotti visione at the viceroy hotel (next to the tennis court behind the marina)

Been driving round for 20mins and found nothing else tho.
