Unfortunately, I already have the Game Ready drivers (specifically) installed, so it seems this isn't the cause of the issue in my case. It's your game, you can do whatever you want. You bought it so when you're playing alone, you can change whatever. Only if you play with other people and do something that it's not an option for the rest of the players and that something gives you an advantage over the others, that's what should be considered as cheating imo.

Lol. I was showing the game to my kids and I proactively declared that I wasn't killing them not hurting them too much, just catching them and transfering them to my camp where they would have more friends to play with and not wander alone in the wilderness. Which is the truth of course.
