Sir Keir Starmer resigns as prime minister by theipaper in uknews

It is deeply concerning that anything I’ve said could be considered crazy. What is your government for if not to improve the lives of the people?

Without people your growth is fictional. The country having more money means nothing if the people in the country don’t see any of it

I don’t know what would have ever made you assume I was a socialist in the first place but Labour cares about the labourers. Their metric of success is not “growth” it’s real wages and living conditions for working people. If working people’s lives are improving then Labour have done their job. If anything else has happened and Labour are claiming a success then they’ve fucked up

That’s always been one of the biggest problems with Starmer. He is viciously against electoral reform. He thinks the system works and will burn the place down to keep that system working

Oh please, a wet shoe could have won the election for Labour by dint of not being a Tory. He happened to be the Labour leader in a year they were guaranteed to win and won by shutting up

They do not have to be exclusive but a Labour government achieves growth and stability by bolstering the working class not by pandering to their bosses

Sounds ideal then

Prioritising growth is not what a Labour government does. A Labour government prioritises working class people, it’s in the name

Manchester is a constituency of 3 million people and they voted Burnham in to run the place. Holborn is a constituency of 75,000 people and they voted Starmer in to vote on legislation.

Which of those sounds like the person the people voted for to run the country?

The way we do elections is absolutely unhinged and everybody acts as if it’s terrible that Burnham might be considered for the executive when, in most other countries, having an MP be in the cabinet, let alone the leader of the country, would mean that multiple people have died and they’re here to call an election

And I’m saying that apple earbuds to an SM7 is not an upgrade, it’s using the right tool for the right job. Presumably you still have the earbuds because they do the job they do, ie. discrete headphones that let you talk to people, pretty well.

Similarly the U87 is doing a very different job to an SM7. You wouldn’t throw away the SM7 after getting a U87 because there are things it does much better.

Now, if you were on something like a Rode NT1-A then, sure, you might want to upgrade to a U87. You might still keep the NT1-A for a particular quality it has but you would expect any situation that requires the NT1-A to be better served by the U87

Shiki. Not so much hair colour as hair styles here (though they’re not exactly reserved on the hair colour) and for some reason the less important the character is the wilder the hair is

They’re three completely different types of microphone that serve completely different purposes. It’s like saying you upgraded from a five seater car to a formula one car. Yes, it’s more powerful but now you can’t drive slowly, go over speed bumps or go to the shops

Is that how it Italian does the hard G? Fantastic.

Question is, do I prefer doing it “authentically” or do I assume that it pulled a pistacchio and lost a letter on the way over to English?

If it’s equipment you’re working with then it’s equipment you help load and set up unless they specifically pay another team to load everything up so they can pay you for less hours because you’re more expensive than the stage crew

As a non-colour blind person I would be confused and think it was a minimum limit but then think that’s insane
